1960s Red Velvet Dress with Uneven Hem 1950_belt Sleeveless bodice with mock necklineLate 60s red velvet dress with a slim bodice trimmed in ivory lace. Long full sleeves have wide button cuffs. Slightly raised waistline cinches with an attached tie. There is a full zipper at center back. Skirt is trimmed with a deep ruffle that dips behind to full length. There is an inconspicuous hook and at at center back where the skirt can be tacked up to create a more even hemline shorter dress, see second to last photo. Excellent vintage
