1970s Paisley Red Cotton Leg-of-Mutton Sleeve Top evening The cap sleeve top hasThis 1970s Victor Costa peasant top was made in the USA of unlined paisley red cotton. It has a floral embroidered velvet trim around the shoulders and high neck, and leg of mutton sleeves with a snap at each cuff. The top fastens in the back with a Talon zipper and two hook and eyes at the back. The zipper is a bit warped but it's otherwise in very good condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 34. 5" Bottom
