Silk Satin Fringed Opera Cape Black / Gold Suits The skirt features a plaidSilk satin 1920s inspired Opera style cape or cloak. The cape is designed after one of my favourite vintage pieces, with a large smocked ruffle collar and a hook to fasten. Finished with long black fringing at the hem and cut to be reversible with a pale pink lining.
