Her labels have faded but I can verify this is a Vicky Vaughn dress, who was a fantastic USA label during the 1960s and 1970s. She has the most amazing broadscale floral print with large bird looking features, lace cuffs and panelling and a corset feature bust. This beauty is a Romantic dream and it is so rare we find dresses as beautiful as this, I cannot wait to see
