The skirt has been pressed into fine rows of pleats which hang down flat but fan out in motion due to the large volume of fabric used to produce it. Pleats pressed narrowly in this manner are often referred to as accordion pleats. The waist of the skirt has been made in a dark brown rib knit fabric, which should mean it can accommodate a
