80's Emerald Velvet Embellished Mini Dress by Scott Mcclintock western hippie stamped 1978Unique short sleeve black velvet mini dress with emerald green metallic floral print at top and sleeves accented with a gorgeous pearl, emerald and crystal brooch in center. Zips up back. Light shoulder padding that can be cut out if desired. Size 6 petite. Bust armpit to armpit: 16", shoulder to hem: 35", waist: 29" hips: 34. 5" 66% acetate, 34% nylon. Made in the USA.
