Skirt is gathered beneath waist seam and has a side button placket with attached waist ties to cinch. Ruffled trim at hips is the edging of pockets. Excellent vintage condition with only minor wear. Will fit an xs to smallish medium. Bust: 34 36" Waist: 28" uncinched Hip: Free Shoulder: 15" Sleeve length: 18" Waist length: 16" Length: 40"
