Cuff will fit most wrist sizes as it is expandable. Belt measures 24" (measured with a tape around the outside of the belt, so slightly smaller inside) with the ends touching and 28" with the chain fully stretched. Ideally this would go on a waist somewhere between 24" and 27". The form has a 24. 5" waist for reference. Excellent condition with some age
