The dress has a scoop neck at both front and reverse , and features cape style sleeves with scalloped edge which float pretty over the upper arms. The peach toned silk chiffon overlay is printed with a floral design in soft blues, reds and ochre. It is fashioned with a dropped waistline atop of a full skirt
