70's Rust 2 Piece Tie Top and Dress Set Sleazy 1970’s beige vertically striped skirtSuper sexy 1970's halter dress and top set! Button down cropped blouse has tie bottom and button cuffs. Matching button closure on the halter straps. Zipper closure on back of dress. There is no maker or fabric tag on this dress, but it feels like a stretchy polyester. Dress and top are in very good to excellent vintage condition! Dress appears to have been shortened at some point, the hem looks hand sewn. There is also some slight staining
