Jacket pinned on mannequin in attempt to show cut. Please see measurements. FEATURES: Grayish blue maybe heather? Nice plus size 1940s suit blazer. Possibly part of a suit. Unfortunately no skirt. A soft blue, maybe a heather, with royal blue trim. It looks like a soutache braid trim. It accents around curved collar and pockets. Nice cut blazer
