1940s Straw Boater Style Tilt Hat 40s_wedges 17" to dropped seamAdorable ivory straw tilt perch hat with scalloped brim. Matching ruffles and grosgrain ribbon adorn the front and there is an elastic band to secure. Original label is present indicating a side 22, but since it merely sits atop the head it should fit most head sizes. Excellent condition with only minor wear.
