There is teeny smudge on the waistband that I've not tried to remove as it's not really noticeable

Two sets of measurements given indicate there fabric at rest and pulled taught

There is a small area on the back of the skirt where it looks like it was taken in and then let out again

1940s Straw Hat with Ribbon gold_lame There is teeny smudge on1940s straw hat with a trailing ribbon at back. Lovely tall crown and wide brim can be worn low or at the back of the head. Original label and elastic band to secure to the head are present. Very nice vintage condition. I noted a small break in the straw along the brim, see photo. Labeled a size 22.
