Decorated with multiple ostrich feathers, and a hand made net that surrounds the face, and drapes down the neck, this hat is not for the subtle dresser. More of a costume piece than an everyday item, this hat would fit in at a themed New Years Eve party, or any such fancy dress gathering. With a bouffant style top, this hat is also tall! 8"l x 6. 5"w This hat is in great shape, no missing feathers. The netting
