Fade didn't show up well in photos but you can see it somewhat in the side view

It can go as small as need with a maximum length of Excellent condition with only minor age related wear/tarnishing

1940s Mini Check High Waisted Skirt 1940s_dress some age related wear but1940s rayon skirt in a mini check of brown and ivory. Large patch pocket over one hip and a metal zip closure on opposite side. Waist button functions fine, just a little too small for the form. Skirt is slim at top of hips and flares at hem. Label reads "Joyce of Chicago" Excellent condition with only minor wear. Fits like an xs: Waist: 23" Hip: 38" Length: 27" plus another 2" or so in the hem
