I did wonder if it was originally for a teen as quite a small neck if you fasten with  hook and eye (see measurements) - but it does fit fine on an adult mannequin fastened with the neck strap as shown

Have tried to show it at worst in laid flat photos

The wonderful scalloped edge sizeable train is decorated with appliquéd bows to the corners

It does, however, look to me to be fairly original. Designed to be worn over a more voluminous Gibson girl style hair, it seems a bit big on my hairless mannequin! The ribbon and its appliqu are rather pretty see close up and the hat is worth it for the leather corsage type trim alone. Its in reasonably good condition and could be worn I have steamed
