This halter neck top is tight fitting with a stretch finish allowing for a flexible fit. Sequins are sewn directly onto a stretch cloth created from weaving elastic into a wool knit. There are no fastenings or lapels so this piece simply pops over the head. The sequins are black and iridescent and therefore shine with a rainbow assortment of hues when they catch
