The band is cut out at the sides. "Sterling" is stamped on the inside of the band. It measures 5 8" at the widest. The opening is approximately 14. 5 mm and will fit a size 3 to 3 1 2. Excellent vintage condition (some scratches and tarnish seen in photos). Catalog # 6762
