The black fabric is a light weight flowing 65% viscose and 35% polyester blend that drapes beautifully and feels breezy and comfortable when worn. The front pockets and the back portion are intricately hand embroidered with traditional and whimsical landscape, architecture scenery. It ties at the waist with a gorgeous
