40s Black Two Piece Skirt And Top With Ribbon Accent rayon dress pleated Entire Garment Length: 24 1/4Lovely true vintage 40's era top and skirt in light crepe rayon or similar with ribbon accents. Tiny pleats at hem of skirt, top buttons at neck and then has double hook & eye closures at waist, hook & eye (wrap style) inside, missing one eye. No other buttons. Tiny accordion pleats at hemline.
