The POA Mineral Wagons were created in the late 1980s by building new bodies onto the chassis of redundant tank wagons in order to move aggregates. Owned by Tiger Rail, the wagons were leased to ARC and Foster Yeoman but within a few years, larger bogie wagons were being introduced and the POAs were gradually displaced onto a variety of traffic including scrap metal and
