Length: 27" plus another 2 1/4" hem allowance

There is some faint spots and watermarking to the front of the bodice and below the waist

1940s Velvet Bow Trimmed Dress peplum Very nice condition overall1940s salmon cotton velvet dress with shirring along neckline and bodice. Shoulders are padded and the 3 4 sleeves have elbow darts for shaping. The front is trimmed with bows encircled by cutwork metal (brass possibly?) rings with a floral motif. Dress has a side metal zipper, A line skirt and self waist to cinch. Very figure flattering design. Very nice condition with some minor flaws.
