1960s Helena Barbieri Black Silk Chiffon Dress 1960s_Party_Dress A real statement piece forEarly 1960s black chiffon dress by American evening wear designer Helena Barbieri. This piece features a wide satin ribbon around the neckline and bust with a large bow at the back, where the neckline is cut low and square. It has very pretty sheer sleeves and the rest of the dress is fully lined with the skirt heavily gathered at the waist making it full and adding movement. It fastens at the back with a zip and is in excellent condition.
