Sea Themed Novelty Print Dress shirtwaist a very faint whitish mark1940s rayon novelty print dress in a dark teal green with a wave pattern in black and bright green seashells. Bodice is fitted with shoulder pads, 3 4 sleeves and an attached cape that integrates into the front in a shirred V design.
