I was not able to find this exact slipper in an advertisement but did find ads for very similar styles and fabric dating from 1948-1951

Sleeves are puffed and have small pads for shape

1950s Felt Skating Skirt austrian Waist length: 13"1950s felt skating skirt with a pair of appliqued skates. Skirt has a waistband with a single button closure and side metal zipper. There is a piece of elastic at center back for ease. Original label is present. Fair condition. There are some smudgy type spots scattered on the skirt front, a mend near the hem and overall wear.
