Wired on the edges and center of the sides so you can scrunch it down or wear it straight. Interior is finished with a muted dark green satin and the standard petersham ribbon. Excellent condition showing no wear or age. No label. Inner circumference is 22 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, from side to side it is 14 1 2
