Transparent holographic, iridescent pvc with a unique gray green blue shift is layered over clear. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware and with double and triple layered bondage style o ring in front and sides. Collar is 1" wide. Rings are 2", 1. 5", and 1" wide.
