Jaunty little raffia hat with soutache swirls c. 1950s. Has side elastics to attach, to which someone has added combs to secure. No sign of previous veiling but it would definitely suit some at a rakish angle, birdcage style. Measures: Fits a variety of heads as perch style. inner circ approx 19 Condition: Good, no damage noted to raffia. Just a few light age spots to ribbon if
