It has a sleeveless cut with sharp black collar adding contrast, which adds a coquette feel, along with the flared skirt and vintage inspired flowers. It does have some slight pre loved wear but overall including quite a few pulls in the fabric. 7 10 condition AU8 10 Feels like a polyester blend. Measurements: Shoulders 43cm Bust
