Antique Victorian black glass beaded net shoulder capelet with high necked lace collar - mourning or gothic fashion cut steel - Two small breaks IA very tactile thing, a heavily jet beaded Victorian netted shoulder capelet set on cotton lace beaded collar. Fastens with a concealed hook and eye to centre front. The collar is a cotton lace, which is also beaded to the centre has aged to a very dark brown. Overall it is intact and beads appear secure (Ive carefully moved it around, on and off mannequin etc. without any bead loss or break wage) but as with any century and a half old thread I
