80’s Purple Ruched Tie Waist Dress by John Charles era 1980's Ruby red background with tinyJohn Charles designer party cocktail dress. Bodice is a purple chiffon and the skirt is a purple, gold and blue brocade. Cutaway shoulders with a high ruched neck that closes in the back with self buttons. Hips are ruched chiffon and the lower skirt is a form fitting brocade. Front holds a small bow with long chiffon streamers. Completely lined. The only condition issue is a small section of fabric on the right breast side. The fabric appears to be a
