Front has a clear rhinestone button and a long single black feather. Back has a small black velvet bow. Interior is finished with a gold fabric and a gold lacy trim. Label is In Edina it's Helen Erickson for Hats. Good condition but the pink velvet shows a bit of wear and soiling. I have photographed this closely. Inner circumference is 18 inches but given
