Sequins & beads at waist with 8 inch side zip. 3 tier crinoline with slip lining. The top layer of the skirt has crinoline sewn into it. No flaws nor stains noted. Just add a snug dressy top. Just gorgeous and ready to wear. Very good condition. Length 43 inches Waist flat 12. 5 inches. Which makes waist 25 inches. Two inches can be taken out because it has been taken in by 2 inches.
