Lovely medium weight crepe back ice blue satin fabric with woven rows of "ripples" as pictured. Darted bodice with a v neckline and pleated shoulders as pictured. Below the elbow 3 quarter length sleeves are pleated at the shoulders. There are shoulder pads which are easily removable as they are fastened with safety pins only. Nipped waist seam.
