Mellow Moon Print mixed metal Super effective” – Rachel MI painted this piece on commission for the Mellow Moon a hip, vintage motel in Del Norte, CO that was recently revamped by Lauren Richardson of @thesursy to evoke roadside Americana vibes that jive with the rustic charm of the small southern Colorado valley town. The area reminds me a lot of New Mexico. She wanted a painting that would hang in the lounge cocktail bar portion of the property that considered the local landscape and architecture. I
