Straps are adjustable by a few buttonholes at back

The front of the hat is stiff to keep it's shape but the cap portion that goes over the crown in soft

1940s Plaid Dress by "Royal-Tee Golfer" 1950s hat Material is a muted dusty1940s lightweight wool dress with zip front. Bodice has a bias cut front and small collar. Sleeves are 3 4 length. Skirt is also sewn on the bias with set in hip pockets (good size!) and flaring hem. Excellent condition with minor wear. There is a whitish spot on the front of the bodice near the zipper, see final photo. Measure like an xs: Bust: 34" Waist: 25" Hip: Free Shoulder: 14" Sleeve: 20" Waist length: 16. 5" Length: 41" plus a very deep hem
