60's Faux Fur Black Vinyl Hat by Betmar day wear Beautiful fabric with a fineWhat a great 1960s fur hat! It's made of a black vinyl faux leather cap with a huge faux fur cuff. The fur is white with black tips so striking! The interior is self lined. There is an elastic band around the cuff inside. It's in great condition. The only flaw noted is some foxing (yellowish age spots) on the inside cloth backing of the vinyl. Made by Betmar. It measures 20. 5" in circumference but will stretch to 21".
