It was made in England of very dark brown unlined silky velvet, with sunshine yellow ribbon trim. It does up in the front with four buttons. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 32" Waist 27" Shoulders 13. 5" Sleeves 23" Length 25"
