90’s Red Straw Church Hat brown fur coat nothing drastic90's bright red straw breton hat. 3 inch crown is wrapped in a red satin hatband with a large net plumb in the back. Attached is a thick red flocked veiling that can be tucked into the brim or worn down over the upper part of the face. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. Fabric is polypropylene which is synthetic straw. Excellent condition. No maker's label, just a Made in Taiwan tag Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on
