It features dramatic polyester organdy ruffles along the collar and down the front left side. The elastic straps can be worn on or off the shoulder. A concealed YKK zipper fastens the back. There are a couple of very small nicks in the satin but it's overall in very good condition, has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear.
