This limited edition combines the typical smoky character of Ardbeg with an unusually sweet profile. The whisky is aged in rare port wine and ex bourbon casks, giving it a complex array of aromas. The nose opens with fragrant notes of lavender, vetiver, and incense, accompanied by leather, almonds, and a hint of wax. On the palate,
