A mild and floral flavor with aromas of honey and vanilla, complemented by light spicy notes. The finish is dry and robust with pleasant caramel. About Aberlour Aberlour states that it was founded in 1879. However, there was already a distillery here in 1826. After a major fire, it was rebuilt in 1898. Its name means mouth of the Lour.
