It features a neoprene sleeve with a Velcro closure to securely hold the cable in place, along with high retention elastic webbing to minimize drag during your ride. To prevent the leash from tearing during crashes, it is equipped with a heavy duty rail saver. The stainless steel carabiner attaches the leash to the ring on your harness. With a non
