During this time, the young farming family processes the organic milk from their 17 cows themselves. This alpine cheese has a long tradition. The cheese has been produced on the organic farm for 6 generations. Whether for breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch or dinner, this cheese always tastes good. PRICE 500 g CHF 16.
