Heavily Peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a special release from the Edradour Distillery, which has been producing heavily peated whiskies since 2003. This whisky is distilled from barley with a high peat content of at least 50 ppm (parts per million). After maturing for ten years in a combination of ex bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, the Ballechin 10 y. o. offers a balanced mix of smoke, spice, and subtle sweetness. The
